- Members of Eradating.com are divided into 3 groups: Free Members, Members, and Privileged Members. Free Members can browse other members and look at their profiles, but they can’t see other members photo and full profile info. They can read messages from other members, but they can’t reply them. They can also use freely such services as Winks.
- Free members can send 3 free messages per day.
- Members should pay for the services by buying one of 3 packages or 3 days trial:
1 month (30 days) - 14,95$
3 months (90 days) - 39,95$
6 months (180 days) - 74,95$
All payments are not recurring and you will be billed onсe for the purchase you made. No automatic renewal is being applied.
Members can browse other members and look at their profiles and photos. They can read letters of other members of the site and reply them. They can also use freely such services as Winks. They are also allowed to exchange photos. Also Members can write unlimited quantity of messages to all members of the site. - Privileged Members can use all the services like Free Members and Members and also they have the chance to exchange all contact information with other members (phone numbers, e-mails, etc.). You can become a Privileged Member if you buy a 12-months (365 days) package which costs 139,95$. You will have the chance to exchange any contact info with all members of the site through all the year.
- Information About Members
- EraDating.com considers non-public member account information, including but not limited to information provided during the registration process and e-mail communications transmitted through the Service, to be private information.
- Modifications to Service Agreement
- EraDating.com may change the Agreement from time to time. You will be informed of any such changes by a notice on the log-in page of the Service stating that the Agreement has changed. Your continued use of the Service after EraDating.com has posted such notice constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. EraDating.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice to you. You agree that EraDating.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
- Termination
- EraDating.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of Service or any claims related to the termination of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Service and the materials available on or through the Service are provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied.
- Refund policy
- Refund is being provided within 72 hours of the initial request if no services were used/provided. For all other refund inquiries please contact our support team.
